Tips for baking salmon:

  • Garlic-flavored olive oil. This is the key to giving the salmon that rich garlic flavor.

  • Aluminum Foil. This will help preserve the moisture and ensure all the aroma and flavor are sealed.

  • Loads of Lemon. A hint of acidity can transform the dish into something much more flavorful.

  • Do not over-bake it. Salmon can easily turn from under to overcooked in just a few minutes.
